This sturdy, reuseable plastic nuc is an improved design compared to other nucs on the market. It provides a quality box to give to the customer, with added benefits of better ventilation while in transit; frame rests and retainers in the lid to keep the frames in place to prevent crushing bees; fully locking lid stays in place without needing taping down. Additional benefits include:
*Drain holes in the bottom to let excess moisture out, while keeping bees in*
*Ends of the box have been lowered, which makes it easier to get a hold of each frame to remove*
*Built in feeder areas in lid designed to allow hive top feeding, with instructions built in under lid*
Please note: color of lids and entrances may vary. Currently only available in 9-5/8" frame size. These nucs take standard deep 9-5/8" frames, not included.
