BUCKET FEEDERS

BUCKET FEEDERS

FILL. FLIP. FEED.

Keeping bees fed is a key component of building productive, healthy hives. The Nature's Image Farm Bucket Feeder allows for quick and easy feeding without opening the hive and can be easily adjusted to suit the feeding need of the colony.

FILL- Bucket feeders should be nearly full leaving a 1/2"- 3/4" headspace.

FLIP- Once filled, FLIP the bucket over and place over the feeding hole of the Nature's Image Farm Migratory Lid. When flipped, the bucket will create a vacuum and in doing so with trickle out feed temporarily from the plug until vacuum is achieved. If bucket continues to leak be sure that the lid and plug are properly secured.

FEED- Once flipped, the bucket now served as a trickle feeder by suspending syrup droplets from the Nature's Image Farm bucket plug. We recommend 3 holes for most feeding needs however extra plugs are available for you to adjust the plugs based on the needs of your bees. Flow rate of the plugs can be easily adjusted by simply drilling the preferred number of holes in the plug using a 1/16" drill bit.
